the hotel grounds were immaculate. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. the food variety at mealtimes was excellent. the cleanliness of the entire resort was excellent. the beach was easily accessible and well kept.
the room i had was a bit small, though (it was a minor inconvenience).

Really good Stay with Great Hospitality
immaculate double room meticulous grounds keeping attentive waitresses
Our villa stay included three immaculate double rooms and one family room which comfortably accommodated our group of eight adults and two babies. Reception staff greeted me kindly and with genuine warmth during my arrival. The meticulous gardeners even use tweezers to keep the grounds pristine, showing their dedication to detail. I particularly enjoyed the attentiveness of the waitresses and other restaurant staff.

Our Family Suite offered plenty of space with comfortable beds plus efficient air conditioning. The setup met our family's needs very well. We found the housekeeping service very attentive. Our housekeeper ensured our room remained immaculate with new towel decorations each day. The accommodations were great.

The resort provides a scenic location near Sarigerme Town which you can reach with a ten-minute walk. Its proximity to Dalaman airport is a definite advantage. The hotel grounds have beautifully maintained gardens.

The main restaurant had a wide range of food options to choose from. There are also the pool bar, the beach bar and the à la carte restaurant which are all marvellous. It's a treat to find a thoughtful 'Grab and Go' area for those leaving on journeys.

The resort offers a baby pool with 15cm depth that's perfect for young children. The beach is excellent and offers lots of water sports. There is a farewell lounge that has great facilities for showering or freshening up post-checkout.

The staff was friendly plus always ready to assist with anything needed. Restaurant staff members are to be congratulated for their approach to their job. There is also the person responsible for keeping the beach toilets super clean deserves a special mention.

sunshine and smiles all around
eager staff super clean room high quality food
this resort was so great the staff were so happy and always eager to help the rooms were super clean and the variety and quality of food was fantastic the beds were quite firm which i loved and the beach had ample sunbeds available i couldn't have asked for a better stay everything was great. i especially loved that the hotel was super clean and the food had high quality. i'll be back next year for sure
the only minor issue was that the gym was a little small and could use a few more machines but it didn't detract from the overall experience

the room included a king size bed a separate seating area and a balcony with amazing views there were also two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which was very nice the room was always immaculate thanks to the excellent housekeeping team

the staff were attentive and always were very good too ensure all needs were met there was always a smile on their faces and nothing was ever too much trouble the service was prompt and efficient throughout the resort

the hotel is conveniently located near the airport which makes transfers quick and easy there are also a few shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just steps away the setting offers calm, scenic views making for a relaxing stay
